A new conference approaches! Elm Japan will be held on April 4, 2020 in Tokyo. It will be a single-day dual-language conference (English and Japanese.) If you're in the Asia-Pacific region, this is worth checking out!

elm-review is a new tool from Jeroen Engels to analyze your Elm code without running it. It doesn't ship with any rules, instead exposing a customizable find-and-fix rule engine. There are packages already to find and remove unused imports and top-level definitions!
