Articles and Discussion
Pelmodoro - a Pomodoro app built with Elm — dev.to
Éber Freitas Dias discusses the implementation of an offline-first PWA Pomodoro app (source). Choice quote: "When I was done I had a PR adding 5,934 lines and removing 3,756. If that was a JavaScript project, that would be a very daunting PR, but I'm using Elm so refactors are safe and cheap. "
Lamdera: A year in review; v1.0.0, paid plans, carbon mission and more
Mario Rogic's Lamdera is a platform for full-stack Elm development. After a year in alpha, Lamdera has reached 1.0 release. There are many new features, including a local dev environment, support for Elm tooling, and improved compilation speed.
Tools and Projects
Pravdomil Toman has made an alternative browser for package documentation. One interesting feature is that it lists all module function signatures at the top of the module page, allowing for a quick skim. The browser is written in Elm and uses elm-ui (source).
